Refund policy
At The Saanjh Lifestyle Private Limited, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase you make with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
• Items purchased during sale, discount, or clearance events
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Log in to your account and go to your Order History
2. Select the product you wish to return and click on Request Return
3. Choose the reason for return and upload clear images of the product highlighting the issue (mandatory)
4. Submit the request for review
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.
Please Note
• Providing a valid reason along with clear images is mandatory for return approval
• Returns requested without sufficient details or images may not be accepted
• The product must pass a quality check once received
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
Refunds
• Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are processed only as store credit and added to your customer account
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
• Refunds will not be processed back to the original payment method
• Please allow additional time for the store credit to reflect in your account after processing
